Deck overview

This is a Golgari Squirrel token deck helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General, aiming to overwhelm opponents with a massive board of 1/1 Squirrels and drain them out with death-trigger effects. The primary game plan involves using Chatterfang's token-doubling ability to generate absurd quantities of Squirrels, then feeding them to sacrifice outlets for mana, card draw, and direct life loss. The deck features multiple infinite combo lines, most notably Pitiless Plunderer + any free sacrifice outlet (Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar) + Chatterfang to produce infinite mana, infinite Squirrels, and infinite death triggers. Secondary wins come from combat damage via Scurry of Squirrels or Swarmyard Massacre, and value generation through Hazel of the Rootbloom and Academy Manufactor. The commander is central to both token multiplication and removal (sacrificing Squirrels for -X/-X), making the deck heavily dependent on keeping her in play.
