This deck is a reactive Esper control and theft strategy piloted by Saruman of Many Colors. It leverages an efficient 2-mana artifact acceleration suite to power out a 6-mana commander ahead of curve, then exploits Saruman's Ward protection and double-spell mechanic to mill opponents and cast their best noncreature, nonland spells for free.
