Pretty Chill Guy by Ahsleepys

Format: Commander

Commander: Rasputin Dreamweaver

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Rasputin Dreamweaver is a single-faced commander, and the deck is built around his dream-counter mana battery: seven colorless mana that lets Azorius cast expensive Eldrazi and planeswalkers a full turn early. The primary plan is to ramp into a blink/value engine-Deadeye Navigator, Eldrazi Displacer, Displacer Kitten, Teleportation Circle-reusing ETB triggers from Agent of Treachery, Mulldrifter, and Conduit of Ruin. Secondary paths are the Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal mana loop and the Deadeye + Peregrine Drake untap loop, both feeding Eldrazi combat wins. The hidden commander is the blink engine itself, with Candlekeep Sage turning every Rasputin blink into a card.
