Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control strategy built around Princess Yue. The primary game plan uses shapeshifters and clone spells to copy Princess Yue. When the clone enters, the legend rule sends one copy to the graveyard, which triggers Yue's death ability and returns her to the battlefield as a land named Moon. This turns every clone into permanent land ramp and repeatable scrying. With Amulet of Vigor, these lands enter untapped for immediate mana acceleration. Once the mana base is established, the deck transitions into high-impact control threats such as Roil Elemental to steal opposing creatures, Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong to cast free spells off scry triggers, and Sphinx of the Second Sun for double untap and draw steps. A dense package of efficient counterspells protects the engine while evasive beaters and stolen boards close out the game over several combat steps.
