brigone by Chron

Format: Commander

Commander: Brigone, Soldier of Meletis

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Brigone is a mono-white Aura voltron deck that turns its commander into a large, protected attacker while every Aura cast feeds heroic counters and card draw. The primary plan is to chain cheap Auras onto Brigone using Light-Paws, Heliod's Pilgrim, and Idyllic Tutor, with Sram, Kor Spiritdancer, and Mesa Enchantress refilling the hand. Secondary paths include shifting to another Aura carrier such as Light-Paws or Pearl-Ear, and using Winds of Rath as an asymmetrical board wipe. There is no double-faced commander; Light-Paws acts as a hidden commander in the 99. The deck wins through commander damage, with Retether, Mantle of the Ancients, and Hall of Heliod's Generosity providing recovery from removal and wipes.
