Deck overview

The deck wins by developing cheap evasive Rogues and using Sygg, River Cutthroat to turn three or more damage each turn into card draw. Cards such as Changeling Outcast, Slither Blade, Triton Shorestalker, and Invisible Stalker make combat damage reliable, while Anowon, the Ruin Thief, Soaring Thought-Thief, and Oona's Blackguard improve the combat output. The strongest pressure sequence is an attack followed by prowl Notorious Throng, which creates Faerie Rogue tokens and grants one extra turn. The plan is cohesive but slow to assemble, relies heavily on natural draws, and lacks a dependable way to make the token army lethal against three players at 40 life. The deck has respectable spot interaction and some card advantage, but its protection is incomplete and its only meaningful proactive tax is Propaganda. It is best understood as a focused casual or mid-power tribal tempo deck, not a competitive combo or lock deck.
