Deck overview

This deck is a Naya midrange engine built around Rocco, Street Chef. It converts impulse card advantage into compounding physical board presence by generating +1/+1 counters and Food tokens whenever players play cards from exile. Rocco creates an asymmetric card and resource flow: while each player receives access to exiled cards, only you gain stat buffs and artifact tokens whenever anyone casts them. The deck translates this surplus into combat lethality using trample enablers like Duskshell Crawler, double strike from Chocobo Knights, and asymmetric board wipes like Damning Verdict. Secondary artifact and lifegain payoffs like Bilbo, Fellow Conspirator, Halsin, Emerald Archdruid, and Weftstalker Ardent diversify your win conditions across wide combat, tall commander damage, and indirect group burn. The game plan focuses on establishing Rocco early, consistently casting exiled spells to build wide boards, and protecting key engines with flexible defensive spells before overwhelming the table in midgame combat steps.
