Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a charge-counter/artifact combo commander: whenever it taps, it proliferates, turning a simple tap-untap loop into a game-winning engine. The primary plan is to assemble Kilo with Paradise Mantle and Freed from the Real, then use the repeated tap triggers to put lethal counters on Geistflame Reservoir or Darksteel Reactor. Secondary paths use Filigree Sages plus Empowered Autogenerator or Astral Cornucopia for infinite mana, golem tokens from Golem Foundry/Titan Forge, and extra turns from Magistrate's Scepter. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus acts as a hidden force-multiplier, doubling every proliferate. The commander's haste lets it start producing triggers immediately, while counterspells and recursion protect the loop.
