Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Blue Polymorph control strategy commanded by Jalira, Master Polymorphist. The list constructs a creature-light 99 where low-curve utility and ramp come exclusively from artifacts, instants, sorceries, and lands. By relying on noncreature token generators like Hard Evidence, Retrofitter Foundry, and Nuisance Engine for sacrifice fodder, every activation of Jalira or resolution of Polymorph guarantees flipping into an enormous, game-warping threat. The threat suite includes oppressive Eldrazi like Void Winnower and It That Betrays, resilient beaters like Darksteel Colossus, and game-controlling leviathans like Hullbreaker Horror. A dense suite of low-cost countermagic, bounce spells, and instant-speed interaction keeps opponents off balance while protecting Jalira and her behemoths. The deck steadily grinds down life totals through overwhelming combat steps while chaining activations each turn to establish an inescapable board state.
