Growing Ooze by Dlhhlv

Format: Commander

Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Ooze tribal deck helmed by Uugguu, the Omniplasm, built around +1/+1 counters, token generation, and proliferate. The commander transforms each nontoken Ooze death into two token copies, creating a resilient board that snowballs with counter doublers like Doubling Season and Branching Evolution. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat via Triumph of the Hordes or Overwhelming Stampede, with alternate paths through Simic Ascendancy (20 growth counters) or Twenty-Toed Toad (20 counters/hand size). The deck grinds value through The Great Henge, Garruk's Uprising, and proliferate engines, while Prime Speaker Vannifar and Neoform provide creature-based tutoring. It aims to outlast opponents with a growing, unblockable army.
