Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai kindred aggro build commanded by Captain America, Team Leader. The strategy revolves around deploying an army of legendary Hero creatures and utilizing the commander's ability to immediately grant each entering Hero a +1/+1 counter, vigilance, and haste. This haste enablement eliminates the usual summoning sickness bottleneck, allowing newly cast Heroes to attack on the turn they arrive and trigger potent on-attack or combat-damage abilities. The deck scales its damage output using modified-creature multipliers like War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, +1/+1 counter anthems, and finishers such as Akroma's Will. A dense package of low-cost countermagic, asymmetric bounce wipes like Wave Goodbye and Raise the Palisade, and premium protection spells like Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Flawless Maneuver ensures that the deck can aggressively push combat damage while shielding its board from opposing interaction.
