Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Superfriends control deck helmed by Arzakon. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration through artifacts, deploying a critical mass of planeswalkers, and leveraging proliferate synergies to rapidly advance loyalty counters toward game-ending ultimates. Disruptive planeswalkers like Teferi, Time Raveler, Narset, Parter of Veils, and Ashiok, Dream Render restrict opposing card draw, library searching, and instant-speed interaction. Once board parity is secured, explosive counter-doublers such as Deepglow Skate and persistent proliferate triggers from Evolution Sage or Contagion Engine enable immediate activations of devastating ultimate abilities. Win conditions stem from asymmetric sweepers like Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, overwhelming overrun attacks from Nissa, Ascended Animist, direct damage from Commodore Guff, or the omnipotent control of Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. The deck trades early combat aggression for compounding late-game planeswalker advantage.
