Deck overview

This deck operates as a five-color Hero aggro and +1/+1 counters midrange deck. Rather than relying on its commander Super-Skrull, which is difficult to cast due to a mana base with 32 lands and no basic Swamps, the deck plays out Hero creatures across turns 2 through 5. Cards like Ant-Man, Colony Commander, Agent Phil Coulson, and Invisible Woman, Sue Storm generate tokens and grow your board. Midgame powerhouses such as Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist, Red Hulk, and The Thing, Ben Grimm provide high-power threats that close the game through fair combat damage around turns 7 to 10. The deck features functional creature removal and spot protection via Kid Loki and Take Up the Shield, but struggles against mass sweepers and faster combo strategies due to minimal fast mana and lack of stack interaction.
