New Untitled Deck by user4154207

Format: Commander

Commander: Talrand, Sky Summoner

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Talrand, Sky Summoner is the fixture of the deck: every instant or sorcery creates a flying Drake, so the plan is to chain cheap, cost-reduced blue spells while countering anything that threatens the board. The primary path is a controlling spell-chainer that converts permission spells, cantrips, and Time Warp into an evasive army. Secondary paths come from Shark Typhoon's Sharks, Namor's Merfolk, Council of Reeds copies, and large Jin-Gitaxias or Hullbreaker threats. There is no dedicated hidden commander, but Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant and Lier act as powerful sub-themes. Victory comes from attrition and an alpha strike rather than from a one-turn combo.
