simic mono blue?! by Rtags

Format: Commander

Commander: Tolabow, Loch Rascal

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a spell-slinger token swarm built around Tolabow, Loch Rascal, a mono-blue Otter whose Rulebreaker lets the 99 splash green instants, sorceries, and any basics. Every instant or sorcery Tolabow sees mints a 1/1 blue-red Otter with prowess, and the deck backs that engine with a dense suite of parallel token makers-Talrand, Sky Summoner, Murmuring Mystic, Shark Typhoon, Metallurgic Summonings, Docent of Perfection, Poppet Stitcher, and Deekah, Fractal Theorist. The plan is to chain cheap cantrips and interaction, flood the board, then close with a single overrun: Triumph of the Hordes, Overwhelming Stampede, Biomass Mutation, or a Second Harvest blowout. Cost reducers (Baral, Chief of Compliance, Haughty Djinn, Sapphire Medallion) and magecraft draw (Archmage Emeritus, Case of the Ransacked Lab) keep the spell pipeline full. Primary wins are combat-infect or massive trampling tokens; the deck plays as tempo-control that suddenly ends the table.
