Deck overview

This Abzan lands-matters deck builds around The Necrobloom as a landfall token generator and a signature graveyard-dredge engine. The plan is to accelerate into extra land plays via Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Oracle of Mul Daya, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, and Loot, Exuberant Explorer; feed the graveyard with self-mill, land sacrifices, and dredges; then detonate mass recursion like Splendid Reclamation and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods to return a battlefield's worth of lands at once. Every landfall trigger multiplies the payoff: Necrobloom makes 2/2 Zombies once seven differently named lands are in play, Avenger of Zendikar builds an army, Scute Swarm copies exponentially, and Felidar Retreat buffs the board. Primary wins are an overwhelming combat turn, Mirkwood Bats/Bastion of Remembrance drain reach, or Altar of Dementia mill. A secondary engine - The Gitrog Monster plus Necrobloom's land-dredge - chains draws through the library into a one-turn detonation. This deck buys inevitability at the price of stack interaction.
