Deck overview

This Esper midrange deck leverages Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign to cheat massive, game-ending odd-mana spells directly onto the battlefield. The strategy combines proactive ramp and low-cost topdeck manipulation to curate the top of the library before declaring Yennett as an attacker on Turn 5. Once attacking, Yennett bypasses traditional mana constraints to deploy overwhelming threats such as Void Winnower, Breach the Multiverse, and Toxrill, the Corrosive. These threats heavily restrict opposing actions, erode enemy boards, and generate substantial card and board advantage. A versatile removal suite featuring Swords to Plowshares, Anguished Unmaking, and Void Rend answers opposing threats while protecting the deck's board position. Without relying on infinite combos, the deck closes out the game over two turn cycles through overwhelming combat damage and asymmetric attrition.
