Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact beatdown deck built around Tony Stark and his transformed face, The Invincible Iron Man. In the early game, Tony Stark deploys on Turn 2 to smooth land drops, ramp with low-cost mana rocks, and use his activated ability to dig four cards deep for high-cost artifact threats. On Turn 5, the deck pays six mana to transform Tony into a 5/5 flying, haste beater that immediately cheats a game-ending artifact onto the battlefield during combat. Cheating threats such as Krang, Utrom Warlord, Meteor Sword, or Depthshaker Titan applies immediate combat pressure, while engines like Simulacrum Synthesizer and Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer rapidly assemble an army of enormous Construct tokens. While the deck possesses explosive combat velocity and independent backup cheat engines like Master Transmuter, its complete lack of countermagic and heavy reliance on artifacts leave it highly vulnerable to mass artifact removal and fast combo opponents.
