Deck overview

This Grixis deck operates as a proactive combo strategy powered by Kefka, Court Mage. Its main goal is to assemble a two-card infinite creature combo, primarily Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame, to attack the entire table for lethal damage on Turn 4. The deck utilizes dense low-cost mana acceleration, creature-based rituals, and targeted tutors like Step Through and Wishclaw Talisman to find its pieces quickly. If the primary line faces disruption, commander Kefka provides rapid card draw by forcing discards and rewarding diverse card types, while secondary combos like Rionya, Fire Dancer and Combat Celebrant offer full redundancy. A robust suite of 1-mana counterspells, creature protection, and board control spells like Fire Covenant ensures the deck can both defend its combo turns and interact with opposing threats effectively.
