Deck overview

Elektra, Daughter of the Hand leads a mono-black midrange deck built around evasive attackers, Ninja sneak costs, enter-the-battlefield removal, sacrifice value, and creature recursion. Early creatures such as Changeling Outcast, Tormented Soul, and Vampire Cutthroat enable Elektra and the other Ninjas. The deck then converts creature deaths into cards, mana, and life swings with Agent Venom, Morbid Opportunist, Pitiless Plunderer, Blood Artist, and The Meathook Massacre. Its strongest supported late-game engine is Conjurer's Closet with Massacre Wurm, but that package is expensive and difficult to assemble without tutors. Removal is broad against creatures and includes limited enchantment and graveyard interaction, but the deck has no counterspells and little protection for artifacts or enchantments. It can generate impressive value after several turns, yet it lacks a deterministic table kill or total lockout. Its ordinary role is a resilient, thematic black creature-control deck rather than a competitive combo deck.
