This deck is a mono-blue combo and engine deck piloted by Orvar, the All-Form. Orvar transforms cheap targeted spells and cantrips into permanent duplication engines. The deck focuses on assembling a buyback spell such as Whim of Volrath or Clockspinning alongside mana-producing permanents like Peregrine Drake, Cloud of Faeries, or Coveted Jewel. Once Orvar and a buyback engine are operational, the deck generates infinite mana, infinite tokens, and rapid card velocity, closing games through Brain Freeze, Thassa's Oracle, or an overwhelming board of flying creatures.
