Moon Time

Format: Commander

Commander: Princess Yue

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-blue 'scry-and-steal' deck uses Princess Yue as a low-cost card-selection engine that can become a land if killed, then leans heavily on clones and theft effects to turn opponents' own permanents against them. The hidden commander, Yue, the Moon Spirit, grants free noncreature spells by tapping the deck's many artifacts and creatures, letting you cast mass-copy spells like Season of Weaving without paying their mana costs. The deck also supports a secondary landfall-mill plan with Hedron Crab and Ruin Crab. Control pieces like Aetherize, Evacuation, and Propaganda buy time, while big flyers like Hullbreaker Horror and Ultima, Origin of Oblivion finish through combat.
