I just can't wait to be king by JShawVA

Format: Commander

Commander: Kenrith, the Returned King

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kenrith is a five-color value engine in a monarch-themed deck. The main plan is to seize the throne early, draw an extra card each turn, and grind out incremental advantages with Courts and monarch creatures. Queen Marchesa acts as a hidden backup monarch commander. Secondary paths include Court of Cunning mill and a token swarm with Forth Eorlingas! or Skyline Despot. Kenrith himself is not the centerpiece; he provides haste/trample, counters, draw, and reanimation, making the fair strategy more flexible. The deck has no infinite combos and no true fast finish, so it wins through accumulated combat damage and monarch triggers.
