Deck overview

Toph, Greatest Earthbender commands a potent Gruul lands-matter aggressive deck. By turning land drops into explosive combat power, the strategy blends traditional ramp acceleration with lethal combat keywords. When Toph enters the battlefield, she animates lands into agile attackers with power scaled to the mana spent on her, while granting all land creatures permanent double strike. The deck accelerates ahead of normal curves using low-cost sorcery ramp and efficient dorks, seamlessly transitioning into mid-game powerhouses like Scute Swarm, Titania, Protector of Argoth, and Awaken the Woods. Inherent graveyard recovery from cards like Splendid Reclamation and Conduit of Worlds ensures the land base remains resilient against interaction. Although weak to fast stack-based combos and heavy stax locks, the deck presents overwhelming physical damage clocks that force the table into defensive stances by turn 5.
