Vren, the Relentless Commander Deck by romid63090

Format: Commander

Commander: Vren, the Relentless

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vren, the Relentless leads a Dimir rat swarm that wins through overwhelming tokens and aristocrat drains. Vren exiles enemy creatures that would die, converting every opposing death into rat tokens, but the deck does not rely on him: the Marrow-Gnawer plus Thornbite Staff loop produces an arbitrarily large rat army, and Ayara, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Gruesome Fate converts that army into life loss. Heavy tutoring and draw finds the combo pieces quickly, while mass recursion and resilient rat lords provide a slower backup path. The deck is a mid-speed combo/beatdown hybrid with strong consistency and interaction by Commander standards.
