Deck overview

This deck is a classic Selesnya tokens-and-lifegain build helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. The primary plan is to amass a high life total through creature etbs and lifegain payoffs, then convert that into overwhelming board state via Storm Herd or direct damage via Aetherflux Reservoir. The populate mechanic, synergistc with Rhys the Redeemed, Growing Ranks, and Song o f the Worldsoul, creates an expenential token army. The deck also packs lifegain doublers like Boon Reflection and Cleric Class to accelerate the life total. Secondary win conditions include combat with huge creatures like Gruff Triplets or Ghalta and Mavren, and the altnerate win of Halo Fountain if the board gets absurdly wide. The strategy is linear but powerful: gain life, make tokens, populate, and eventually crack a 50-life Reservoir or drop a 50+ Storm Herd.
