Deck overview

This deck uses Adelbert Steiner as a scaling Equipment carrier. Every Equipment increases the commander's power, so the plan is to deploy several cheap artifacts, find one large payoff such as Machinist's Arsenal or Commander's Plate, and add evasion or double strike. Stoneforge Mystic, Open the Armory, Steelshaper's Gift, and Enlightened Tutor improve access, while Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin, and Mask of Memory help recover cards. The deck normally assembles a meaningful board around turn 7 and creates its first decisive attack around turn 8. A large, evasive attacker can eliminate one opponent per combat, giving an ordinary finish around turn 10. The main weaknesses are joint access to power, evasion, and protection; vulnerability to artifact wipes; and limited proactive disruption. It is a functional casual-to-high-power combat deck, not a cEDH list or a combo deck.
