Deck overview

Vincent Valentine // Galian Beast is a mono-black voltron deck built around Vincent's death-trigger counter engine and Galian Beast's trample/lifelink attack form. The primary plan is to use cheap removal and -X/-X sweepers so opponent creatures die, stack counters on Vincent, equip him with protection and power equipment, then attack and transform into Galian Beast for a fast trampling strike. There is no true hidden commander: Vincent's front face accumulates counters, while the back face is the one the deck attacks with. Secondary paths are deathtouch creatures, The Soul Stone recursion, and Bolas's Citadel card advantage. Overall, this is an interactive aggro-control deck that finishes through prolonged commander beats rather than any single two-card combo.
