Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Simic Stompy build centered on Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep. It leverages explosive mana acceleration from fast artifacts and low-curve green ramp to cast Kiora on turns 3 or 4. Once Kiora enters, every high-CMC Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent casts another spell from the top of the library for free, compounding massive stats and value onto the battlefield. The deck transitions into critical onset on turn 5 by dropping uncounterable or high-ward behemoths such as Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Spawning Kraken, and Hullbreaker Horror. To bypass blockers and close out 120 life across three opponents, the deck deploys tribal asymmetric sweepers including Whelming Wave, Scourge of Fleets, and Cyclonic Rift. A robust defense suite of free counterspells and anti-interaction spells protects the board until combat damage closes the game around turn 7.
