Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Treasure Midrange strategy led by Jolene, the Plunder Queen. The core game plan revolves around leveraging early acceleration to deploy Jolene ahead of curve, utilizing her triggered ability to amass large stockpiles of Treasure tokens whenever players attack opponents. This mana surge is channeled into two primary victory avenues: casting overwhelming high-end threats like Ancient Copper Dragon, Draconic Visitor, and Etali, Primal Conqueror, or pumping Jolene into a lethal Voltron attacker while turning token creation into table-wide direct damage via Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver. The list features robust protection equipment and combat-focused utility lands to push damage through blockers, supported by high-impact board wipes like Vandalblast and Spiteful Banditry. While vulnerable to mass artifact removal and lacking dense tutor lines, the deck compensates with overwhelming mana velocity and rapid engine redundancy.
