Deck overview

This Golgari deck is commanded by Dina, Soul Steeper, functioning primarily as a focused lifegain combo shell with strong aristocrat synergies. The deck accelerates through green ramp spells and Golgari artifacts to deploy Dina and quickly assemble a game-ending two-card loop with either Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror. Once the combo is online, any single instance of damage or lifegain cascades into an infinite trigger loop that eliminates all opponents simultaneously. Backing up the primary win condition is a robust suite of efficient removal (Assassin's Trophy, Deadly Rollick, Culling Ritual) and life-drain attrition engines like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and Bastion of Remembrance. Even without Dina, redundant drain outlets like South Wind Avatar ensure the deck can pivot into alternate infinite lines or grind down the table through relentless incremental lifedrain.
