Helmed by Saruman of Many Colors, this Esper deck is built around a spell-slinging control shell that converts every opponent's graveyard into raw card advantage. The commander's second-spell trigger mills each opponent, then exiles and copies an instant or sorcery from one graveyard - effectively letting you cast your opponents' best spells for free every single turn.
