This deck is a themed Dimir kindred strategy commanded by Captain N'ghathrod. Its central engine leverages evasive Horrors with menace to push combat damage through opposing defenses, converting that damage into substantial mill triggers. At each end step, the commander steals the best creature or artifact milled from an opponent's library that turn, turning opposing decks into fuel for your own board state.
