Deck overview

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV leads a classic Azorius stax/control build: discount your own spells, tax every opponent action, then grind to a single clean kill with Approach of the Second Sun. The early game leans on mana rocks and a turn-3/4 Arbiter to make tax pieces and planeswalkers cheaper; later, Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Ghostly Prison, and similar pieces slow combat and spell counts while Jace/Teferi/Sphinx's Revelation find the win. Azor, the Lawbringer, Helm, and planeswalker ultimates provide alternate/backup paths. The deck cannot race; it wins by buying enough time to resolve the same sorcery twice.
