Deck overview

This mono-red deck combines devotion scaling, discard payoffs, and explosive mana generation to execute sudden, table-wide lethal burn. Commanded by Clive, Ifrit's Dominant, the deck ramps into its 6-mana commander by Turn 4 or 5. Upon entering, Clive converts accumulated red mana pips into a massive hand refill. Clive can also transform into Ifrit, Warden of Inferno to add burst mana and fight opposing creatures before returning to repeat the draw trigger. With a full hand, the deck pivots on Turn 6 into game-ending burn sequences using Fanatic of Mogis cloned by Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink or Devastating Onslaught, massive Crackle with Power casts fueled by Neheb, the Eternal or Mana Geyser, and storm chains with Underworld Breach. While lacking hard tutors and dedicated stax pieces, the deck maintains high functional redundancy and resilient backup lines.
