Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is a five-color legendary toolbox that wins by assembling a board of oversized legends and grinding opponents out in combat. Sisay scales with colors among legends and pays WUBRG to tutor any legendary permanent cheaper than her power, chaining from ramp legends into payoffs. Secondary paths include The Prismatic Bridge free flips, Jodah the Unifier cascade, Ghalta Stampede Tyrant hand-cheating, and Etali poison. Sisay is the engine and primary tutor; Jodah the Unifier and Razaketh act as hidden commanders that take over value and tutoring if Sisay is taxed. No infinite combo exists, so wins require resolving and protecting multiple 6-10 mana threats.
