Vivi Tommy by Ciospa

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is both a mana engine and a burn trigger: every noncreature spell pumps her and pings each opponent, and she can convert that power into {U}/{R} once a turn. The deck's primary plan is to resolve Vivi, add one or two one-damage pingers such as Kessig Flamebreather or Coruscation Mage, and let Ghyrson Starn (the hidden commander) multiply the damage output of each cheap spell. Secondary paths are a Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Ophidian Eye infinite draw/damage loop and a Prismari storm finish. Veyran, Harmonic Prodigy, Roaming Throne, and Wizard's Staff magnify the relevant triggered abilities, while a dense counter suite protects the engine.
