Deck overview

This Temur spellslinger deck is helmed by Iroh, Grand Lotus, who grants flashback to non-Lesson instants and sorceries during your turn and flashback {1} to Lesson cards. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard with cheap instants and sorceries, then repeatedly cast them from the graveyard to generate value through magecraft triggers, token makers, and damage pings. The deck leans heavily on its Lesson subtheme-many of its spells are Lessons that can be flashed back for a single mana, providing card advantage, removal, and utility. Win conditions are incremental: Ashling, Flame Dancer, Coruscation Mage, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, and Vivi Ornitier each deal damage each time you cast a noncreature spell, while Thousand-Year Storm can copy spells for a massive storm turn. The deck lacks fast combos and relies on sustained spellcasting to out-value opponents.
