Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov lifegain midrange strategy centered on Amalia Benavides Aguirre. The deck establishes an early engine by deploying low-cost soul sisters like Soul Warden and Guide of Souls, which trigger Amalia's explore ability whenever any creature enters the battlefield. Exploring smooths land drops and steadily increases Amalia's power, threatening a one-sided creature wipe if she reaches exactly 20 power. In the midgame, the deck pivots into building an overwhelming board using token generators such as Angelic Accord, Resplendent Angel, and Valkyrie Harbinger. These engines convert incidental life gain into a continuous army of 4/4 flying Angels. While the deck boasts high internal synergy, smooth card flow, and resilient indestructible protection, it lacks explosive mana ramp, fast combo finishes, and stack interaction. It seeks to outvalue opponents over multiple combat steps.
