Deck overview

This is a mono-blue combo/value deck built around Orvar, the All-Form. Orvar turns every cheap instant that targets one of your own permanents into a token-copy engine, so the list is packed with one-mana cantrips like Cerulean Wisps, Leap, Twitch, and Twiddle that can copy lands for ramp, copy draw engines, or copy mana creatures like Peregrine Drake. The cleanest win is the Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring infinite-mana loop, backed by Orvar + Peregrine Drake chains and the theft payoff of Agent of Treachery. Backup copy effects in Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Spark Double, and Vesuvan Duplimancy let the deck snowball through sheer redundancy. It is a durdly, high-card-flow deck that can explode once it lands the right engine.
