Deck overview

This is a general-power Azorius control deck centered on Lavinia, Azorius Renegade. Its early plan is to develop lands, cast Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, and use Mystic Remora, Esper Sentinel, Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and counterspells to make opposing development inefficient. The deck has a wide removal suite and several card-draw engines, but its mana acceleration and tutoring are light. Its proposed finish is drawing through the deck and winning with Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. That route is not reliably assembled: there is no dedicated tutor package, repeatable self-mill engine, or deterministic draw loop. The deck can create a frustrating defensive board and generate useful incremental advantage, but it does not reliably create a decisive lock or eliminate the table. Its strongest games depend on keeping a draw engine in play while using efficient answers to preserve time.
