Doctor Doom

Format: Commander

Commander: Doctor Doom

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-black graveyard reanimator deck built to convert the yard into card advantage and life swings. The primary plan is to dump high-value creatures-Vilis, Archon of Cruelty, Gray Merchant, Razaketh-into the graveyard with Entomb, Buried Alive, and self-mill, then return them cheaply with Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Victimize. Doctor Doom provides end-step draw, two Doombots for blocking and sacrifice, and an indestructible body once an artifact creature or Plan appears. Secondary paths include Gray Merchant/Saw in Half life-drain finishes, mass Living Death/Rise resets, and K'rrik/Vilis pay-life-to-draw engines. There is no hidden second commander; K'rrik and Vilis act as the true engine duo.
