The Elvenking - sleeved by OctalPlains

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf tribal midrange deck that wins by going wide with tokens and +1/+1 counters. Thranduil, the Elvenking acts as a value engine, drawing cards when legendary Elves enter and later copying activated abilities of Elves in your graveyard. The primary plan is to flood the board with Elves from landfall payoffs and lords, then pump them for lethal combat. Secondary paths use graveyard value, proliferate from High Perfect Morcant, and big reanimation with Breach the Multiverse or a Jarad sacrifice for direct life loss. Maralen, Fae Ascendant functions as a hidden commander, providing free casts from opponents' libraries.
