Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan revolves around utilizing early ramp and cost reducers to reach seven mana by Turn 5. Once cast, Ureni immediately digs eight cards deep to cheat a massive Dragon onto the battlefield. The deck pairs this mana-cheating engine with high-impact tribal payoffs such as Atarka, World Render, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Scourge of the Throne, which grant double strike, token generation, and additional combat phases. Haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy allow newly summoned Dragons to attack without delay, chaining additional Ureni triggers to rapidly flood the board with lethal flying power. While the deck boasts immense offensive momentum and strong recovery through top-heavy creature density, it features minimal defensive countermagic and remains vulnerable to well-timed sweepers.
