Commander: Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue proliferate strategy helmed by Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, which doubles every proliferate trigger. The primary game plan is to deploy a proliferate engine-such as Flux Channeler, Inexorable Tide, or Viral Drake-and then chain proliferate effects to rapidly accumulate counters on Darksteel Reactor or Twenty-Toed Toad, both of which offer alternate win conditions. The deck also leans on heavy card draw engines like Rhystic Study and Windfall to fuel its hand and find key pieces. Combat is a secondary path, using proliferate to grow creatures like Silent Hallcreeper or Proft's Eidetic Memory targets. The commander is a force multiplier but not strictly required; the deck can win through incremental proliferation even without it, albeit slower.
