Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green poison and proliferate deck commanded by Fynn, the Fangbearer. Its strategy relies on deploying cheap one-mana and two-mana deathtouch creatures on early turns, casting Fynn on turn 2, and attacking immediately to apply two poison counters per unblocked creature. Once poison counters are placed, the deck scales its threat through combat evasion, trample enablers, and proliferate engines such as Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage, Sword of Truth and Justice, and Staff of Compleation. High-end payoffs like Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, Contaminant Grafter, and Triumph of the Hordes accelerate table eliminations. Dense fast mana and low-cost mana dorks allow the deck to assemble its engine ahead of curve on turn 2 and present critical pressure by turn 3. While highly explosive, the deck faces inherent exposure to board sweepers and targeted removal, requiring strategic deployment of protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Commander's Plate.
