This Sultai deck helmed by The Wise Mothman is a synergistic midrange build that merges two overlapping game plans: mass-mill and +1/+1 counter generation. The commander's ETB and attack trigger spread rad counters across the table, while every nonland card milled (by rad, by dedicated mill pieces, or by incidental triggers) pumps your creatures. The deck's primary win path is combat damage from a heavily counters-laden board, backed by drain engines like Syr Konrad, the Grim and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
