Commander: Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor pilots a flash-heavy Faerie tempo deck: it wants an early upkeep token engine (Bitterblossom or Bitterbloom Bearer), a turn-3 Tegwyll, and a board of 2/2 flying Faeries that also draw cards whenever they die. The main path is evasive combat damage, with secondary wins from Notorious Throng's extra turn after a big hit and from Oona, Queen of the Fae turning late mana into mill and tokens. Flash cards like Nymris, Slitherwisp, and Alela generate value on opponents' turns while counterspells keep the board clear. There is no double-faced commander; the deck is built entirely around Tegwyll as anthem and draw engine.
