Deck overview

This is a Jeskai cEDH midrange deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind's haste-and-proliferate trigger as a second angle layered on top of a classic Underworld Breach shell. The primary game plan is to develop fast mana, deploy a tax/draw engine to slow the table, then pivot into a deterministic win - either the compact Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Brain Freeze storm-mill line, or an infinite-proliferate engine (Kilo plus an untap aura) that turns Walking Ballista, Everflowing Chalice, Insight Engine, or poison counters into a kill. The commander's tap-trigger proliferate also grows the deck's counter-draw creatures and charge-counter mana rocks, converting otherwise fair permanents into repeatable engines. A dense counter suite, free interaction, and stax pieces (Drannith Magistrate, Ethersworn Canonist, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade) keep opponents honest while the deck outvalues and closes.
