Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Big Mana / Topdeck Cheat strategy commanded by Marvo, Deep Operative. The primary game plan revolves around manipulating the top of the library using cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Brainsurge to ensure high-mana-value cards (such as 7- and 8-drops) are positioned on top before Marvo attacks. When Marvo attacks, winning the clash draws a card and allows the deck to cast an 8-mana-value or less spell directly from hand for free. Cheating enormous threats like Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, Ancient Silver Dragon, and Stormtide Leviathan into play establishes an overwhelming board advantage. The deck backs up this strategy with asymmetric mass-bounce spells like Scourge of Fleets and Summon: Leviathan to clear blockers, closing the game out over multiple combat steps.
